I work to gather information about your community, the local market, and other economic factors effecting home sales at the time of your listing. Keep current with market trends, number of homes listed, what the average home price is, and how long homes are staying on the market allows me to help you determine the best strategies for listing your home and getting top dollar no matter the current market.


Once I've gather as much data as possible I'll come walk your home. I'll give you recommendations on what you could do to increase your homes value, talk staging, and  even help clean if needed.
