Ingredients:
- 900g beef stew meat, cubed
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 liter beef broth
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Toss the beef cubes in flour.
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Brown the beef in batches. Set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté onions and garlic until softened.
- Add carrots, potatoes, and celery. Stir for 2 minutes.
- Return the beef to the pot. Pour in beef broth, thyme, bay leaves, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the bay leaves before serving.
2. Creamy Tomato Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 800g canned crushed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 750ml vegetable broth
- 250ml heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large pot. Sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- Add crushed tomatoes, sugar, and vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer for 20 minutes.
- Puree the soup with an immersion blender until smooth.
- Stir in the cream and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.

3. Baked Chicken Parmesan
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Ingredients:
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cans (400g) kidney beans, drained
- 2 cans (400g) diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Brown the ground beef in a pan, then drain any excess fat.
- Add beef, onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the slow cooker.
- Stir in beans, tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Serve with your favorite toppings, like sour cream and cheese.
5. Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups water
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions:
