4. Make Your Offer and Negotiate the Terms

- Sign accepted offer — you are now under contract
- Deliver escrow payment
- Select closing attorney
5. Under Contract
- Secure your home loan
- Acquire home insurance
- Conduct inspections

6. Before You Close
- Transfer funds to closing attorney or prepare a certified check
- Reserve moving company and set moving dates
- Change your address with USPS
- Set up utilities in your name
- Confirm all contingencies are resolved
- Schedule final walk-through
7. Closing Day: What to Bring

8. Closing Day
